Here at Suburban Subaru we recognize our employees on a monthly basis and we thought we would share them with you... While everyone at Suburban Subaru does a wonderful job, this award is designated for the associate that goes above and beyond their normal job responsibilities. Here are our Employees of the Month:

March 2013 Employee of the Month:

For the month of March, Suburban Subaru awarded Jessica Woodruff of the office team as their employee of the month. She does an amazing job with registrations, title issues, and not to mention breaking down the 164 cars the sales team sold! She does the job of multiple people and does it well! Thank you for all your hard work Jessica and congratulations!

February 2013 Employee of the Month:

The employee of the month for February was a tough decision so we chose Britlyn Guiles and Sarah Shea from our BDC department. They both are always pleasant with every customer they speak with and do a great job bringing in customers. Without them we wouldn't do as much business as we do! Thank you both very much and congratulations!

January 2013 Employee of the Month:

The employee of the month for January is Ed Hutchings. He got us out of a jam when we had over 2 feet of snow. He worked all through the night plowing the lot to make sure we could all come in safely. Thank you for all your hard work Ed and congratulations!

December 2012 Employee of the Month:

It was a tough call for the month of December as there were six associates tied for the honor, so they decided to name team Suburban as all winners this month. Thank you everyone for all of your hard work!

November 2012 Employee of the Month:

Jeff Barsaleau in the everything department won for the month of November. He literally does everything and anything you ask of him. He was and has been a huge help with our lot, moving cars out of the way at the drop of a hat in all of the confusion of the construction next door. He is great. Thank you Jeff and congratulations!

October 2012 Employee of the Month:

The employee of the month for October is Erika Demers in the office. Everyday she does anything and everything that we ask of her. She is a key component to the office working smoothly and efficiently. Thank you very much Erika and congratulations!

September 2012 Employee of the Month:

The employee of the month for September is Jon Bleau. He is newly appointed as an assistant service manager and is adjusting to the new position well. You can always count on his if you need help with anything in the service department. He is outstanding and key component to making the service department run smoothly. Thank you for all your hard work Jon and congratulations!

 

August 2012 Employee of the Month:

The employee of the month for August is Jeff Barsaleau. He is the lot manager and is always helpful with whatever he is doing. Our nomination said "He is the best tool in the toolbox!" He is the go to guy when ever you need something done and has been a huge help in the preparation for the renovations of the Kia building. Thank you and congratulations Jeff!

July 2012 Employee of the Month:

The employee of the month for July 2012 was a tie here at Suburban Subaru! Both Ed Hutchings [top picture] and George Emhoff [bottom picture] received employee of the month. Ed always does a great job in our used car shop [named Ed's Garage]. He works on any make/model and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. In the Subaru shop we have a special associate named George. He is our amazing shop foreman and is always helpful with whatever you might need. He is very professional and is a joy to work with. Congratulations Ed and George!

June 2012 Employee of the Month:

The employee of the month for June 2012 was Erika Demers. The title is well deserved because she is always helpful to all of the girls in the office. She does anything and everything you ask of her. She doesn't even complain when she has to go next door and search through many boxes to find an old deal no one else can find. She does her job well and with style of course! Thank you and congratulations!

May 2012 Employee of the Month:

The employee of the month for May 2012 was Britlyn Guiles. She is always cheerful and courteous to our customers. Whether she is greeting customers as they walk in or answering questions and making appointments over the phone, she always gets the job done with a smile. Thank you and congratulations!

April 2012 Employee of the Month:

The employee of the month for April 2012 was Bethany Shepard. She took over the A/P & A/R department and is doing an excellent job. She had to pick up the pieces and did so very well. Thank you and congratulations!

March 2012 Employee of the Month:

The employee of the month for March 2012 was Kris Fenn of the service department. She is an extremely hard worker and is always helpful. Thank you and congratulations!

February 2012 Employee of the Month:

The employee of the month for February 2012 was Ed Hutchings. He is the go to guy when you need work done on a used var. He always works fast and efficiently. He is great at what he does and we would be lost without him! Thank you and congratulations Ed!

January 2012 Employee of the Month:

The employee of the month for January 2012 was Pat Cimochowski. He is one of our techs and always gets the job done. He is always friendly and helpful everyday he is here. He is a great additional to the service team.

The employee of the month for December 2011 was Frank Pelletier. He is a very hard worker and does whatever is needed of him in the shop. He is a reliable worker and is always there when you need him. Great Job Frank and Congratulations!!

The employee of the month for November 2011 was Will Phillips who is our Assistant Parts Manager. He is always helpful to anyone in need and will drop anything at anytime to do so. He is a great person to work with and always gets the job done. Congratulations Will and keep up the good work!

Yvonne Veilleux and Claire Nieb of the office team were elected as our employees of the month for October 2011. Claire does an excellent job with A/R and A/P. She works very hard to hunt down money owed and always has the bills paid on time. Yvonne is a great worker in the office with a smile on her face at all times. During the week long power outage, she came in to answer the phones on a cell phone in the dark and cold making sure all of our customers were well taken care of. Yvonne also comes from three generations of Suburban customers. Thank you ladies for your hard work and congratulations!

Britlyn Guiles is our Internet Sales Specialist and employee of the month for September 2011. She does a great job responding to all our online inquiries, scheduling appointments, and building a great online experience for all. She greets every person that walks into our dealership and is a valuable addition to our sales team. Britlyn is also the granddaughter of a long time Suburban customer.

Ed Hutchings is the Shop Manager of our used car operations. He takes care of all our non-Subaru service customers and is a well rounded, really handy guy to have around the shop. Without a hands on "fixer-upper" like Ed on our team, we could not be as successful as we are today. If its broken, Ed can fix it!

July 2011 Employees of the Month:

In July 2011 we had two associates to recognize. On the left is Greg Rivera who is a very talented Lube Technician. His teammates say that he is always willing to help, is very knowledgeable, and is one of the most hardworking techs we have here. To the Right is our Subaru Master Technician, Frank Pelletier, who is here on his days off and fills in for our shop foreman when he is out. Frank takes on the work that nobody else would want and never complains about any of it. Together they are a great team and wonderful associates!
